Beach Throwball is a dynamic team sport played on sand that combines the fundamental skills of throwing and catching with speed, agility, strategy, coordination, and teamwork. The beach environment adds a unique physical challenge, making every movement more demanding and every rally more exciting.
Played with a net separating two teams, Beach Throwball encourages players to combine individual skill with collective strategy. Players must react quickly, control the ball accurately, move effectively on sand, and work together to create scoring opportunities.
Beach Throwball is designed to promote fitness, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit, while making the sport accessible and enjoyable for players at different levels.
Our objective is to promote and develop Beach Throwball as an organized, inclusive, and competitive sport by creating opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels. We aim to encourage fitness, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and fair play, while supporting athlete development through quality training, coaching, competitions, and participation.
We strive to build a strong sporting community, provide a platform for emerging talent, encourage youth participation, and create pathways for athletes to learn, compete, achieve excellence, and represent the sport with pride.
